Where are the points where you pick 1 of 2 heroes?
I think the first one is the Margrid/Zhed one. But I didn't have a choice. It was at Venta Cemetery, my whole group left and I ran to Magrid and talked to her and beat the mission, then 1 or 2 primary quests later, I get a primary for Zhed.
Also, I went to do some PVP with my warrior and the Priest standing in the middle of great temple of balthazar had a ! over his head. I talked to him and the only choice was to pick Acolyte Jin. Now I know there are more choosing points, I think it's Master of Whispers/? and Warrior/Mesmer but I haven't got to those yet. |

Margrid just happens to be in that mission...that's not the choice.
Choice number 1 is Acolyte Sousuke (Elementalist) / Acolyte Jin (Ranger) before you leave the island Choice number 2 is Master of Whispers (Necromancer) / Margrid the Sly (Ranger). This choice occurs after the Kodonur Crossroads mission (that's after Zhed joins your party) Choice number 3 is Norgu (Mesmer) / Goren (Warrior) - this happens later on...not sure when but I stumbled over it when I was exploring the Resplendent Makuun. You get to pick up any heroes you didn't choose when you finish the game. |
